Wish List

Here you will find our current wish list.  Donating is certainly not expected, but it is appreciated!

• White wire storage cube-type shelves
• This kind from Wal-mart is perfect.
• We are in desperate, desperate need of book storage in my classroom.  I have a huge classroom library and we have well over 300 books for our Social Studies curriculum.
• Please.  I'm not too proud to beg. :)
• Small, cheap pencil sharpeners (the ten-for-a-buck kind is perfect)
• We go through these quickly because the blades get dull after many sharpenings
• The pencil sharpener on the wall is loud.  Plus there's only one, and there are 18 kids.
• Snacks for our 10:30 snack break are always needed!  Some children forget their snacks or simply do not have the opportunity to bring one.
• Saltines, pretzels, unsweetened Cheerios or Chex cereals, cheese crackers, and Gala / Washington apples are always appreciated
• Please do not send sugary snacks.  These tend to make children bouncy.  Generally, this is not appreciated by teachers who have to wait at least another 2.5 hours till the children go to recess.
